Mosquito Inspection and Preventive Control Campaigns

mosquito-prevention-november-2025

As part of the Mosquito Detection and Control Program implemented in our complex, we will be carrying out inspection and preventative treatment days aimed at reducing mosquito breeding grounds in the different residential areas.

These tasks will be carried out by specialized brigades, whose personnel will be duly identified, wearing the official Costasur uniform and a visible badge with their name.

To ensure the proper execution of these actions, authorization to enter the properties will be required from the owner, manager, or responsible personnel. During the inspection, the fumigation staff must be accompanied by a representative of the property, in accordance with the guidelines established in our internal procedure.

We are deeply grateful for the active collaboration of all residents, allowing access to designated personnel and following the preventive recommendations that will be communicated in a timely manner. The joint work between our community and the operational areas is fundamental to maintaining a healthy, safe environment, aligned with the highest standards of quality and well-being.

Pruning Collection Rules and Routes

pruning-collection-rules-oct-2025-lw

We remind you of the importance of complying with current regulations regarding the collection of pruning waste, which includes taking the necessary measures with your staff and employees. This is especially relevant during the rainy season, as the accumulation of plant waste can promote the proliferation of pests and mosquitoes. Here is some information of interest.

Pruning Organization The pruning of each property must be placed in an organized manner in front of the corresponding property. It is not permitted to place pruning in front of empty lots, other properties, public spaces such as medians, public parking or other locations.

Placement Days Pruning must only be placed out on the days established in the calendar. You can begin taking it to the collection points from 2:00 PM the day before the pickup date and up to 12:00 PM on the pickup day, so that the collection units can complete their route effectively.

Container Usage Pruning waste should not be placed inside the containers, which are exclusively for household waste. This causes equipment breakdowns, accelerates the deterioration of the containers, and saturates them.

Loose Seed Loose debris like leaves, grass, and other materials should be placed in bags to prevent them from scattering and contaminating areas.

Extraordinary Prunings Pruning that exceeds the normal collection volume must be requested through the Hotline for removal, and will incur charges proportional to the volume. This pruning can be arranged on dates other than those indicated, as long as it is coordinated in advance.

You are invited to consult the route schedule using the button available below.
