To request the registration and approval of events in private villas, please contact ja.lopez@costasur.com.do. This point of contact will facilitate the initiation of the process and the coordination of any service-related requirements.
• General Form for Authorizing Activities inside Casa de Campo®

• An event is defined as any gathering of more than 10 people with live music such as bands, trios, or DJs.
• To register an event in a villa or apartment, whether it is a wedding, birthday, baptism, family reunion, or other, you must complete the General Form for Authorization of Activities within Casa de Campo®, accompanied by a letter of no objection from the surrounding neighbors.
• If you have suppliers or guests who require access, you must fill out the Guests and Suppliers event templates to give them an access authorization number, indicating the corresponding gate.
