Charges:
• This service costs RD$154.00 per hour, plus tax.

Conditions:
The services we offer are available to our property owners, residents, and/or their legal representatives, construction supervisors, department or business managers within this complex, project supervisors, and/or occasional clients.
The person requesting the service must be of legal age.

Approximate delivery time:
Once the request is received, it is validated with the applicant and personnel are assigned to initiate the service on the agreed-upon date and time.

• Submit the request at least 1 day in advance.
• Indicate the date and time of the service.
• Notify in advance if you wish to extend the established time or cancel before the agreed-upon date.
• Communicate the desired payment method (charge to property or cash payment).
• Specify the location where the service is to be performed.
• Respect the schedule established in the request.
• Respect the rights of assigned personnel.
• Report any service anomalies.

Service cancellations must be notified in advance via email or by calling (809) 523-5183 / 5196 between 7:30 AM and 7:00 PM.

•For emergency calls, at Guardianes Costasur we have the 911 line on a closed circuit within Casa de Campo®, which can be dialed directly from your home phone extension.
• Direct extensions can also be dialed (809) 523-5193 / 5194 / 2144. These extensions are located in our Monitoring department, which operates 24 hours a day.
