The Green Areas Maintenance department is responsible for carrying out gardening and landscaping work in the public areas and villas. It is also responsible for domestic pest control in public areas and outside the villas in Casa de Campo®.

Additional information
• The grass is cut every 15 days in the villas.
• To cut down trees on plots approved for construction, the owner must apply for a permit from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry.
• Detection of mosquito breeding sites in the villa and private areas is only carried out externally, and internally if the owner authorizes access.
• Adult mosquito control is carried out in the Casa de Campo’s residential areas from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at night, according to the domestic pest control schedule.
• Rodent control is only carried out in public areas and external areas of the villa sites.
• Vermin control is only carried out in the external areas of the villa sites.
• No people, children and pets should be present in the treated area during the application and re-entry time. Re-entry time will depend on the treatment.
