Below we share information of interest for the Costasur Community, and upcoming events for the month of October.
Spaces to move, breathe, and recharge your energy.

Our community has more than 20 km of pedestrian trails, in addition to the ecological trail, located in Vista Lagos, where you can also enjoy our park and outdoor gym to give yourself the opportunity to stay active and connect with nature.
Whether for walking, cycling, exercising, or simply taking a moment to disconnect from the routine, these spaces are part of our amenities that help foster well-being and invite us to enjoy our surroundings.
We invite you to use these spaces responsibly, respecting the areas designated for each activity and keeping in mind that the trails are for pedestrian use, so motor vehicle traffic is not permitted. In this way, we contribute to keeping them clean, safe, and pleasant for everyone.
Pruning Collection Rules and Routes

We remind you of the importance of complying with current regulations for green waste collection and ensuring that your staff and employees know and comply with these provisions.
Below, we share some recommendations to facilitate the proper handling and disposal of this waste.
- Pruning Organization The green waste from each property must be placed in an organized manner in front of the corresponding property. It is not permitted to place green waste in front of empty lots, other properties, public spaces such as islands, common parking areas, or other locations.
- Placement Days Green waste must be placed out only on the days established in the calendar. It can begin to be taken out to the collection points from 2:00 p.m. on the day before the collection date until 12:00 p.m. on the collection day, so that the collection units can complete their workday effectively.
- Container Usage Pruning waste should not be placed inside the containers, which are exclusively for household waste. This causes equipment breakdowns, accelerates the deterioration of the containers, and saturates them.
- Loose Seed Loose debris like leaves, grass, and other materials should be placed in bags to prevent them from scattering and contaminating areas.
- Extraordinary Prunings Green waste that, due to its volume, may be considered excessive must be reported to the Hotline for removal; these will have charges proportional to their volume. This green waste can be scheduled on dates outside those indicated, as long as it is coordinated in advance.
