Great success at the Halloween edition of the Chavón Farmer's Market

La Romana. On Saturday, October 28th, the gardens in front of the Genesis nightclub in Altos de Chavón were filled with a lot of energy during the Halloween edition of the Farmer's Market. Starting at 10 AM, a large crowd from the Casa de Campo community gathered for this event, eager to enjoy the variety of artisanal products on offer.

«This was a big bet, and we're very happy to be able to offer this event to the community,» said Luciana Goldfain, manager of Altos de Chavón.

Approximately 56 people participated in this edition, including artisans and food vendors, who came from various locations such as Santo Domingo, La Romana, and Bayahibe. The organizers highlighted their commitment to rotating participants in each edition to provide opportunities for all those interested in participating in the event.

Visitors had the opportunity to purchase a wide variety of products, among which a novel aromatherapy offering stood out. Additionally, visitors could find hair accessories, jewelry, costume jewelry, decorative items, books, clothing, and hats. In the gastronomic sector, attendees enjoyed delicious desserts, fresh vegetables, snacks, cheeses, beverages, and an exquisite paella.

What made this Halloween edition special was the commitment of some exhibitors, who dressed up, applied makeup, and decorated their booths according to the occasion, adding a touch of fun and creativity to the experience.

The Farmer's Market organizers announced that the next edition, which will take place on November 25th, will be dedicated to the theme of Thanksgiving, promising a celebration full of gratitude, lots of crafts, and culinary delights for the entire community.

The Altos de Chavón Farmer's Market has become an important event for the Casa de Campo community and its surroundings, promoting creativity, culture, and support for local entrepreneurs. Each edition is an opportunity to discover unique products and enjoy a friendly atmosphere.
