After a month-long exhibition, the Altos de Chavón Gallery held a grand closing for the solo show of artist Fabre Sallent, a visual proposal that attracted collectors, art critics, students, and lovers of contemporary art from various parts of the country and abroad.
The closing event, held on August 15th, gathered a distinguished audience who enjoyed not only the artist's works but also a special evening with artisanal cocktails and light gastronomy, courtesy of Kosmopolitans, Mixology & Bar Catering Service, whose creative mixology display added a sophisticated touch to the atmosphere.
During the exhibition month, Sallent's work solidified as a proposal conceived in the Antilles tropics, reflecting his artistic evolution and his ability to connect with the viewer. Through his work, the artist has explored the human figure—especially the nude—Mediterranean and Caribbean landscapes, childhood, color, and light, always from a lyrical palette that fuses realism, impressionism, and expressionism.
The Altos de Chavón Gallery reaffirms its commitment to promoting contemporary art and creating spaces for cultural dialogue and appreciation, and will continue its agenda with new exhibitions in the coming months.
