La Galería Altos de Chavón inaugurated the group exhibition on February 12th “Creative Encounters, an exhibition that brings together a collection of works by different artists and proposes a dialogue between diverse styles, techniques, and perspectives.

The exhibition will remain open to the public until March 14, offering visitors and art lovers the opportunity to appreciate proposals that, while preserving their individual identity, are enriched through their coexistence in the same exhibition space. 

The evening took place in a pleasant and participatory atmosphere, fostering a close exchange between artists and attendees with three of the artists and collaborators of the exhibition, including Mr. Francisco Nader, who shared with the guests and enriched the dialogue about the exhibited works. Mr. Nader expressed his great satisfaction with the opening's outcome, highlighting the quality of the artistic exchange generated.

In general terms, the inauguration was successfully carried out, meeting the planned logistics and maintaining the gallery's characteristic organizational standard.

Exhibition closing

The closing of “Creative Encounters” is scheduled to take place between March 13 and 14, marking the end of this collective exhibition that has fostered the meeting of different artistic sensitivities in the same space.

Altos de Chavón Gallery announces its upcoming exhibition titled “Aquiles Azar Always Drawings”, a tribute to the prominent Dominican abstract cartoonist Achilles Azar.

This special exhibition will celebrate his legacy and contributions to abstract drawing in the Dominican Republic, reaffirming the Altos de Chavón Gallery's commitment to the dissemination and appreciation of Dominican art.
