Regulation of outdoor lighting fixtures
With the goal of improving the ambiance at Casa de Campo® and making it more pleasant and enjoyable, we are organizing several assessment and evaluation sessions to regulate the garden lighting, starting October 1st of this year. These sessions will allow us to ensure that night lighting contributes to creating a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.
In view of the foregoing, we share the Outdoor Lighting Regulations. This document details the lighting fixtures that are permitted and those that are not authorized in the complex.

Home Country Registration Fee Update
As of February 1, 2026, the registration fee for visitors renting private villas will be updated. The new fees will be as follows:
$30.00 per adult, per night (adults: ages 13 and older)
US$15.00 per child, per night (children: ages 4–12)
Courtesy for children under 4 years old
