Tribute to Mr. Gilles Gagnon on his birthday:

Last Friday, October 20th, Mr. Gilles Gagnon celebrated his 75th birthday at La Romana Country Club. The surprise was the main course of the evening, organized by those who wish to honor this extraordinary man. The honoree received a plaque from the club, welcoming him as a lifetime honorary member, and a touching video of congratulations from his family, friends, and loved ones.

Mr. Gagnon is the face of golf at Casa de Campo, and as Director Emeritus, he is in charge of overseeing all operations and promoting the sport around the world.

Los Toros del Este Start Baseball Season with Important Changes:

After two years out of the postseason, the Toros del Este have undertaken a re-engineering process from their roster, operations staff, and coaches, led by the return of Jesús Mejía Armenteros to the Bulls' ranks as general manager and Lino Rivera, a champion manager with the club in 2019-2020.

The Romanense team's presentation for the 2023-2024 season consists of a roster with over 30 new and renowned imported players with league experience who can play without restrictions from day one. “We signed regular and secondary players in free agency. Each player has a specific role that we believe they can bring to the Bulls, based on availability, positional value, and we even consider how they could fit into the team's chemistry,” said Jesús Mejía. 

These changes are expected to be favorable for having the option to achieve the fourth championship in the franchise's history.
