The festivities have begun at Casa de Campo®!

With little more than a few weeks left in 2024, a year filled with joy, achieved goals, and unforgettable moments, we are preparing to kick off the Christmas season. This Friday, December 6th, the traditional tree lighting ceremony will take place in Altos de Chavón. We invite you to enjoy the diverse program of events we have designed to bid farewell to this year in an exceptional way.

Suspension of construction work during the Christmas Holidays

We remind you that all construction, remodeling, maintenance, and repair activities will be suspended during the Christmas season, from Friday, December 20, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. until Tuesday, January 07, 2025, at 7:30 a.m.

We request that, before the indicated date, you carry out cleaning and adaptation of your work areas, including the correct installation of safety barriers, in order to maintain the environment in optimal conditions during the period of inactivity.

During this period, no exceptions will be allowed for the execution of works. Corresponding measures will be taken with those that do not comply with hygiene, aesthetic, and maintenance standards.

We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring the order and compliance with these regulations. Your support is essential for maintaining the quality of life in our community.

Note: The Accreditation Department will continue to operate during its regular hours, carrying out the issuance of passes and renewals.

New Daily Flights to Miami from La Romana

We are pleased to remind you that starting December 5th, American Airlines will begin operating daily flights to Miami from La Romana International Airport – Casa de Campo, using modern Airbus A319 aircraft.

This new exclusive route has been created to offer you a more direct, comfortable, and convenient connection between Miami and Casa de Campo.

Regulation of luminaires for outdoor use during the Christmas holidays

With the arrival of the magical holiday season, where every light shines with a special purpose, we invite you to join us in creating a festive and welcoming environment at Casa de Campo®. In order to preserve the warmth and safety we value so much, we will be organizing evaluation days to regulate the garden lighting.

In this regard, we share the Exterior Lighting Regulations, where you will find information on permitted and unauthorized fixtures in the complex. If any of your decorations do not comply with these regulations, we kindly ask you to remove them as soon as possible. You may opt for the permitted alternatives, which are detailed in the document.

Our team will also conduct surveys to ensure that the lighting in our common areas and golf course-view patios meets the guidelines established in the attached regulation.

We recommend requesting this service when your storage unit is between 30% and 20% of its total capacity. Please note that the turnaround time for these support requests is 48 to 72 hours.
