Available channels for service requests and assistance
We remind you that for faster and more efficient service, you have different support channels depending on the type of request.
Our Customer Service Department is available to handle general inquiries, assistance with telecommunications services, user creation for the Access and Virtual Office web portals, claims, cohabitation situations, permit requests for activities, as well as other community service-related questions.
Likewise, for breakdown reports or technical assistance requests, we make our Hotline available to you, offering services for plumbing, electricity, pool and jacuzzi maintenance, glass repair, carpentry, refrigeration, pest control, propane gas supply, among others.

Protocol for registering and authorizing events in villas
To contribute to a harmonious environment within our community, we inform you that, in accordance with the coexistence policies in effect at Casa de Campo®, an event is considered any activity that brings together more than 10 people and includes live music, whether by an orchestra, musical group, trio, or DJ.
With the objective of guaranteeing the order, safety, and well-being of all members of our community, the following mandatory procedure has been established for the registration and authorization of events in villas:
1. Formal record of the activity
All social activities (weddings, birthdays, baptisms, family reunions, dinners, among others) must be duly registered through the General Form for Authorization of Activities within the Country House.
The request must be submitted at least 7 business days in advance of the scheduled event date.
This form must be completed as required and must be accompanied by a letter of no objection signed by the adjacent neighbors on the property where the event will take place.
2. Access control for guests and vendors
In case the activity requires the entry of guests or external suppliers, it will be necessary to complete the following templates:
These will allow the generation of corresponding authorization codes for the designated access point.
3. Coordination and contact
