Resort Traffic Regulations
The safety and well-being of our community are a shared responsibility. With the goal of contributing to safe coexistence for everyone, we present the main traffic rules below:
Minors and/or young people without a driver's license are not permitted to operate golf carts, motorcycles, four-wheelers, or any motor vehicles within the resort. This measure is essential to ensure a safe environment.
• Racing or dangerous maneuvers are strictly prohibited. Vehicles involved may be impounded by the security area.
• Respect and yield to pedestrians and cyclists. Golf carts, bicycles, and people walking or exercising are on the streets.
Drive prudently and moderately. Always respect the indicated speed limits (internal streets; up to 30 km/h and main avenues; up to 60 km/h) or those expressly signposted.
• Park correctly. Use only designated spaces. Parking in gardens or villa driveways is not permitted.
The Security department may request the driver's license from whoever is operating the vehicle and will follow up in case of non-compliance.
