Restructuring of employee transport routes from villas
We remind you that, with the aim of optimizing the service and improving the experience of internal transport users, we have begun the restructuring process of our employee routes for the villas. This plan aims to achieve the following key objectives:
– Reduce travel times for faster commutes.
– Reduce waiting times at the main station by improving service frequency.
– Ensure the continuity and linearity of routes, avoiding unnecessary return turns.
– Distribute user load by route more equitably, optimizing unit usage.
Establish specific and adequately marked stops to facilitate user access and guidance.
- Remove stops as much as possible from property entrances to reduce potential traffic obstructions.
-Search for walks no longer than 500 meters from the stops to the farthest points, ensuring greater convenience for employees.

Pruning Collection Rules and Routes
We remind you of the importance of complying with current regulations regarding pruning collection, which includes taking the necessary measures with your staff and employees. This is especially relevant during the rainy season, as the accumulation of plant waste can encourage the proliferation of pests and mosquitoes. Below, you will find the route schedule.
Pruning Organization The pruning of each property must be placed in an organized manner in front of the corresponding property. It is not permitted to place pruning in front of empty lots, other properties, public spaces such as medians, public parking or other locations.
Placement Days Pruning must only be placed out on the days established in the calendar. You can begin taking it to the collection points from 2:00 PM the day before the pickup date and up to 12:00 PM on the pickup day, so that the collection units can complete their route effectively.
Container Usage Pruning waste should not be placed inside the containers, which are exclusively for household waste. This causes equipment breakdowns, accelerates the deterioration of the containers, and saturates them.
Loose Seed Loose debris like leaves, grass, and other materials should be placed in bags to prevent them from scattering and contaminating areas.
Extraordinary Prunings Pruning that exceeds the normal collection volume must be requested through the Hotline for removal, and will incur charges proportional to the volume. This pruning can be arranged on dates other than those indicated, as long as it is coordinated in advance.
