Let's take care of water: small actions, big impact

The responsible use of water is an essential practice for preserving this valuable resource and contributing to sustainability. Incorporating small habits into your daily routine can generate a positive impact and promote more efficient consumption.

Adopting the following practices in your daily life can make a significant difference in responsible water use:

• Choose plants that are adapted to the local climate and require little water.

• Periodically inspect faucets, pipes, and irrigation systems to detect and repair any leaks.

• Use washing machines and other appliances only with a full load.

• Avoid wasting water during daily activities.

• Reuse water, whenever possible, for garden irrigation and other tasks that do not require potable water.

As a result of the high temperatures typical of the season and nature's own cycles, especially during the hottest months, some green areas may show temporary changes in their appearance.

We appreciate your understanding and support in joining us in these measures as we continue to implement irrigation practices geared towards the responsible use of water and the care of our green areas.

Through small daily actions, we contribute to water conservation and the well-being of our environment.

Mosquito Prevention Guide

In order to preserve the health of our residents and visitors, we are reinforcing our mosquito prevention campaign. Below, we share some recommendations to avoid breeding grounds and their reproduction:

• Wash all containers where water is stored, preferably cleaning the inside with chlorine.

• Avoid water accumulation in gardens and containers such as pots, gutters, bottles, tires, and buckets. It is advisable to install screens on decorative ponds or fountains that cannot be moved or removed.

Change the water in the vases at least twice a week.

• If the pool is not in use, keep it covered. If it is enabled for swimming, treat the water with products that prevent the development of larvae.

Change your pet's food and water bowls at least every two days.
