Dogtooth Golf Course Renovation
By means of this letter, we remind you of the updates and improvements that we will be undertaking at our emblematic golf course «Pebble Beach» which we plan to begin in January 2025 and conclude in November of the same year.
This initiative will result in the golf course remaining closed during the specified months and will include improvements such as changing the grass type on the fairways, bunker upgrades, and soil quality enhancements, which will further improve the playing conditions offered by «Diente de Perro.» These improvements are essential to maintain the course's legendary status and ensure it continues to offer a world-class experience.
During this period, conditioning work will be carried out every day of the week, from early morning until late afternoon. These activities will involve heavy machinery and personnel traffic, taking place simultaneously in several areas, especially near properties located in the vicinity of the field. However, we assure you that these improvements are intended for the benefit of the entire community, and we will be working to minimize any potential inconvenience, as much as operations allow.

Pruning Collection Rules and Routes.
We strongly urge your cooperation in complying with the rules for the collection of pruning waste. This includes taking the necessary measures with your staff and employees. Below, you will find the schedule of collection routes and other relevant information on this matter.
• Pruning Organization: The pruning of each property must be placed in an organized manner in front of the corresponding property. It is not permitted to place pruning in front of empty lots, other properties, public spaces such as medians, public parking or other locations.
• Installation Dates: Pruning must only be placed out on the days established in the calendar. You can begin taking it to the collection points from 2:00 PM the day before the pickup date and up to 12:00 PM on the pickup day, so that the collection units can complete their route effectively.
• Container Usage: Pruning waste should not be placed inside the containers, which are exclusively for household waste. This causes equipment breakdowns, accelerates the deterioration of the containers, and saturates them.
Loose pruning Loose debris like leaves, grass, and other materials should be placed in bags to prevent them from scattering and contaminating areas.
Extraordinary Pruning: Pruning that exceeds the normal collection volume must be requested through the Hotline for removal, and will incur charges proportional to the volume. This pruning can be arranged on dates other than those indicated, as long as it is coordinated in advance.
