During the month of February, we commemorate our National Independence, honor the historical heritage of our national heroes, and celebrate the richness of our culture. Long live the Dominican Republic!
Closure of construction work due to Holy Week:
By means of this letter, we inform you that due to the commemoration of Holy Week, all construction, remodeling, maintenance, and repair activities, as well as any work that generates noise or prevents rest, are suspended from Friday, March 22, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. until Monday, April 1, 2024, at 7:30 a.m.
We request that you proactively carry out maintenance of the security fence and cleaning of your construction sites. To validate that their conditions are optimal, the Construction Control Department will conduct a general inspection on Wednesday, March 20th.
Please note that there will be no exceptions of any kind for work during this period. We will take the necessary measures to condition works that have not complied with the required maintenance, and the expenses will subsequently be charged to the corresponding property.

Regulations and recommendations for enjoying Holy Week:
Everyone's rest is a priority. Let's respect and consider others by keeping music volume low in villas, pool areas, motor vehicles, and/or any additional activities.
Drive your vehicle prudently and moderately, always within the speed limits indicated by signage on internal streets and main avenues.
• Do not allow minors and/or unlicensed youths to drive vehicles, golf carts, motorcycles, or four-wheelers.
Park only in designated spots, not in gardens and/or villa entrances.
• Contribute to the cleanliness and beauty of our surroundings: Do not litter on roadways, gardens, and common areas.
• Ensure that your pet and your guests' pets have tags with the pet's name and a contact number. When walking your pet, keep them on a tight leash and have a plastic bag ready to pick up their waste.
• Immediately report emergencies by dialing 911 from the villa, operator (0), and/or from your cell phone 809-523-2911.
