Closure of construction work during the Christmas holidays:

Due to the upcoming holiday season, all construction, remodeling, maintenance, and repair activities remain suspended. These will resume on Monday, January 8, 2024, at 7:30 AM.

Update to the construction commencement form:

We have made an update to the construction start form with the goal of improving and streamlining the process of registering activities within the complex. This form is essential to ensure that all construction projects are carried out safely and comply with the current regulations of Costasur Casa de Campo. 

Starting January 15, 2024, only work commencement registrations using the new form will be processed. We request that from this date forward, this version be used exclusively when submitting new construction, renovation, demolition, annexes, and facade changes (major works), repairs, and maintenance (minor works).
