We continue to expand our pedestrian trails, an invitation to reconnect with nature and well-being.
Our network of pedestrian trails continues to grow with a new section under construction, which will connect Tennis Villa, Barranca Este, and Los Tamarindos, eventually linking to Main Avenue and the existing trail. Once completed, you will be able to easily access areas such as Las Cerezas, Vivero, Golf Villas, Los Lagos, and Minitas Beach.
With this upcoming expansion, the circuit will reach a total of approximately 18.64 km of paths designed for enjoyment, walking, and exercise, offering an even more pleasant way to connect with the natural beauty surrounding us and reflecting the spirit of our nature-loving community and its splendor.

On August 11th, we launched our Linktree link, which has already garnered hundreds of visits. This tool is another resource we offer to keep you informed and consult important details, such as:
• Pruning and garbage collection routes.
Domestic pest control service routes.

• Other relevant information.

New employee transport routes from villas
We remind you that, as of August 4th, the operation of the new employee transportation routes from the villas has begun, a restructuring designed and implemented with the purpose of improving the quality and efficiency of the service, as well as enhancing the experience of users of the internal transportation system.
This plan aims to achieve the following key objectives:
Reduce travel times for faster commutes.
Reduce waiting times at the main station by improving service frequency.
Ensure the continuity and linearity of routes, avoiding unnecessary return turns.
Distribute user load per route more equitably, optimizing unit utilization.
Establish specific and adequately signposted stops to facilitate user access and guidance.
Remove stops as much as possible from property entrances to reduce potential traffic obstructions.
Search for hikes over 500 meters, from the stops to the farthest points, ensuring greater comfort for employees.
