Dogtooth Golf Course Renovation:
We are pleased to inform you about the updates and enhancements we will be undertaking at our emblematic «Diente de Perro» golf course. We plan to begin these improvements in January 2025 and conclude them by the end of November of the same year. This initiative will require the golf course to be closed during the aforementioned months and will include improvements such as changing the type of grass on the fairways, bunker upgrades, and soil quality enhancements, which will further improve the playing conditions offered by «Diente de Perro». These improvements are essential to maintain the course's legendary status and ensure it continues to offer a world-class experience.
During this period, conditioning work will be carried out every day of the week, from early morning until late afternoon. These activities will involve heavy machinery and personnel traffic, taking place simultaneously in several areas, especially near properties located in the vicinity of the field. However, we assure you that these improvements are intended for the benefit of the entire community, and we will be working to minimize any potential inconvenience, as much as operations allow.

We request that you refrain from using them for walking, exercise, or other unauthorized activities.

• Eliminate unnecessary containers and turn over those that can collect water.
• Change the water in vases and the saucers of potted plants at least twice a week.
• If you have fountains or pools, make sure the water is always moving and not stagnant.
