Dogtooth Golf Course Renovation:
We are pleased to inform you about the updates and improvements we will be undertaking at our iconic golf course, «Teeth of the Dog.» These are scheduled to begin in January 2025 and conclude at the end of November of the same year. This initiative will necessitate the golf course remaining closed during the aforementioned months and will include improvements such as changing the type of grass on the fairways, bunker upgrades, and soil quality enhancement, which will further improve the playing conditions offered by «Teeth of the Dog.» These improvements are essential to maintain the course's legendary status and ensure it continues to offer a world-class experience.
During this period, conditioning work will be carried out every day of the week, from early morning until late afternoon. These activities will involve heavy machinery and personnel traffic, taking place simultaneously in several areas, especially near properties located in the vicinity of the field. However, we assure you that these improvements are intended for the benefit of the entire community, and we will be working to minimize any potential inconvenience, as much as operations allow.

We ask that you avoid using them for walking, exercising, or other unauthorized activities.

Here are some recommendations to help prevent mosquito breeding sites and reproduction:
• Check and clean areas where water accumulates, such as tarps, gutters, pump rooms, and drains.
• Wash the containers where water is stored, including pet water bowls, by cleaning the inside with chlorine.
• Remove unnecessary containers and place those that can collect water upside down.
• Change the water in vases and the saucers under potted plants at least twice a week.
• If you have fountains or pools, make sure the water is always moving and not stagnant.
