Last Saturday, December 21st, Altos de Chavón successfully hosted the first nighttime edition of its authentic Market. From 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., the main plaza of Altos de Chavón transformed into a vibrant stage for local and international artisans, who offered a diverse range of handcrafted products to visitors.
This edition not only coincided with Christmas Eve but also stood out for its nighttime ambiance, which provided a warm and inviting atmosphere for both strollers and exhibitors. The combination of soft incandescent lights, the sound of Christmas music, and the rainy atmosphere evoked the essence of traditional European village Christmas markets, creating a unique experience for all attendees.
As in every edition, the Altos de Chavón Market featured a wide variety of artisanal products, attracting the Casa de Campo community and visiting tourists interested in purchasing handmade items, both Dominican and international.
This event reaffirms Altos de Chavón's commitment to constant reinvention to offer innovative experiences, while simultaneously supporting the revitalization of the local economy, promoting the purchase of authentic, quality products.
