For a safe and harmonious Holy Week
Holy Week is approaching, a time for peace and reflection. We urge all owners, residents, and visitors to enjoy this period with moderation, respecting the regulations and recommendations for a peaceful and safe Holy Week at Casa de Campo®.
Suspension of construction work due to Holy Week
This is to inform you that, due to the commemoration of Holy Week, all construction, remodeling, maintenance, and repair activities, or any work that generates noise or hinders rest, will be suspended starting from Friday, April 11, 2025 at 5:00 p.m., until Monday, April 21, 2025 at 7:30 am.
We request that you proactively carry out maintenance and cleaning of your security fencing. In order to validate that the conditions are optimal, the Works Control Department will conduct a general inspection of all works the week before Holy Week.
Please note that there will be no exceptions of any kind for work during this period. We will take the necessary measures to condition works that have not complied with the required maintenance, and the expenses will subsequently be charged to the corresponding property.
We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring the order and compliance with these regulations. Your support is essential for maintaining the quality of life in our community.
Regarding the use of common areas and pet care
We recommend following these guidelines for the care and supervision of your pets:
• All pets must wear a tag with their owners' contact information, so that in case of loss, owners can be contacted quickly and easily.
Pets must remain on their property and should not roam freely in common areas or visit other residences.
• Avoid leaving your pets tied up or unsupervised. If you will be absent for an extended period, we recommend having someone to care for them or taking them to a pet hotel.
• Always walk your pets on a leash to ensure your control and safety.
Remember to pick up after your pet to keep our environment clean and pleasant.
Additionally, we remind you that pets are not allowed on the beach or by the pools. We kindly ask you to follow the established regulations for the use of these areas and respect the designated access times.
