Reminder of traffic and safety regulations at Casa de Campo
With the aim of maintaining the order, safety, and good coexistence that characterize our community, we remind you that a series of provisions related to the use of vehicles within the resort remain in effect.
Golf Cart Identification
All golf carts must be properly labeled with the name of the sector and the corresponding property number. This measure facilitates their identification and allows for better control or assistance if it becomes necessary.
Employee use of carts
In case a cart is driven by employees, they must have prior authorization issued by Costasur. Such authorization can be requested by writing
a administracioncs@costasur.com.do, including the following information:
Sector name and property number
Employee ID
Collaborator driver's license
Photos of the cart showing the signage
Photos of the cart with the front and rear lights on
Teen Driving Restrictions
Minors and/or young people without a driver's license are not permitted to operate golf carts, vehicles, motorcycles, or four-wheelers within the resort. Additionally, we wish to point out that go-karts are not permitted on the property.
Starting August 1st, control operations will be conducted throughout the complex as part of our efforts to preserve the safe and orderly environment we all value.

New employee transport routes from the villas coming soon
We remind you that we have begun the process of restructuring our employee routes for villas, with the goal of optimizing the service and improving the experience of users of the internal transportation service. These new routes will begin operations Starting August 4th.
This plan aims to achieve the following key objectives:
– Reduce travel times for faster commutes.
– Reduce waiting times at the main station by improving service frequency.
– Ensure the continuity and linearity of routes, avoiding unnecessary return turns.
– Distribute user load by route more equitably, optimizing unit usage.
Establish specific and adequately marked stops to facilitate user access and guidance.
– Remove bus stops as much as possible from the entrances to different properties to reduce potential traffic obstructions.
– Look for walks no longer than 500 meters, from the stops to the furthest points, ensuring greater comfort for employees.
We appreciate everyone's understanding and cooperation as we implement these improvements, which aim to provide a more efficient and secure service for all.
