Casa de Campo expands its facilities with two new paddle tennis courts
Casa de Campo Resort and Villas inaugurated two new paddle tennis courts at its Racquet Center on August 15th, celebrating a friendly tournament that brought together community members and marked a milestone in the evolution of the prestigious sports complex.
With its expansion to four courts, the Racquet Center will be able to host larger tournaments and offer expanded hours to meet the growing demand for padel. The courts are equipped with lighting that allows for play even during nighttime hours, from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Matías Territoriale, director of the Racquet Center, highlighted the importance of these new facilities for hosting more tournaments and fostering interaction between customers and guests.
For his part, Charles Keusters, Director of Operations at Casa de Campo, praised the diversification of the sports offerings, detailing that the improvements include enhanced lighting, renewed landscaping, and a maintenance strategy that will continue to transform the center into a regional benchmark for racquet sports.
In the friendly tournament, Idarmis Cucurullo and Pilar Camarero were champions, Patricia Peguero and Laura Gutiérrez were finalists, Ivonna Sosa and Wendolyn Rodríguez took third place, and Magdalena Cavazos and Ana Olivares placed fourth.
