Casa de Campo celebrated the soul of Spain with Alma Casa de Campo, an extraordinary three-day experience dedicated to Spanish culture, combining haute cuisine, music, tradition, and special moments of togetherness. From professional meetings to world-class performances and the joy of an authentic Seville Fair, the event offered a unique connection to the essence of Andalusia right in the Caribbean.
A Day of Inspiring Connections and Encounters
The celebration began with an elegant networking cocktail at the Marina Riverside Center, bringing together business leaders, cultural ambassadors, and creative allies. This gathering set the tone for the weekend: an occasion to exchange ideas, strengthen relationships, and celebrate the union between Spain and Casa de Campo. Attendees enjoyed Spanish tapas, regional wines, and an atmosphere conducive to collaboration and creativity.
A Gastronomic Tribute Guided by Ramón Freixa
Friday was dedicated to culinary art. Two-Michelin-starred chef Ramón Freixa presented an extraordinary dinner that combined Spanish tradition with contemporary innovation. Each dish reflected his mastery and deep respect for the flavors of his homeland.
The night continued with a moving performance by Miguel Poveda, one of the great flamenco artists. His presence filled our Caribbean event venue with passion, rhythm, and authenticity, creating a moment that guests will remember for years to come.
The Seville Fair Comes Alive on the Polo Fields
Saturday brought all the color, joy, and energy of Andalusia with an authentic Seville Fair at Polo Fields. Traditional booths, flamenco on horseback, Spanish gastronomy, live music, dancing, and a festive atmosphere transformed the space into a celebration in the pure Sevillian style.
Families, friends, and international visitors vibrated together, sharing the essence of one of Spain's most beloved festivals.
A Tribute to Tradition and Community
Alma Casa de Campo was more than an event; it was a cultural bridge. It honored Spanish heritage while creating new experiences for our community, guests, and allies. The elegance of the dinner, the excitement of flamenco, the joy of the fair, and the valuable encounters of Thursday’s networking came together to tell a powerful story: Spain and the Caribbean share the same passion for life, beauty, and traditions.
Alma's magic is still alive at our resort in the Dominican Republic and we hope to celebrate it again.
