Digital access to essential information and key community services
We provide you with an informational sticker designed to facilitate quick access to key information within the complex.
The sticker includes an updated list of emergency numbers for immediate use. It also features a QR code that, when scanned, will direct them to our Linktree, where you can find useful information such as pruning and garbage collection schedules, details about employee transportation, as well as other services and provisions relevant to daily life in the community.
Available for pickup at: Costasur Customer Service Office.
We recommend placing it in a visible and easily accessible location within your residence so that you can consult it quickly in case of any eventuality.
Chavón Market Pre-Loved Edition: An invitation to share pieces with purpose
We invite you to participate in a new edition of Chavón Market, an initiative conceived for our community that promotes the exchange of carefully selected pieces of value.

Mosquito Prevention Guide
In order to preserve the health of our residents and visitors, we are reinforcing our mosquito prevention campaign. Below, we share some recommendations to avoid breeding grounds and their reproduction:
Wash all containers where water is stored continuously, preferably cleaning the inside of them with chlorine.
– Avoid the accumulation of water in gardens and in common containers such as pots, gutters, bottles, tires, and buckets. Likewise, it is advisable to install mosquito nets on decorative ponds or fountains that cannot be moved or removed.
– Change the water in the vases at least twice a week.
– If the pool is not in use, keep it covered. If it is enabled for swimming, treat the water with products that prevent the development of larvae.
– Change the water in your pets' dishes at least every two days

Reminder of traffic and safety regulations at Casa de Campo®
With the aim of maintaining the order, safety, and good coexistence that characterize our community, we remind you that a series of provisions related to the use of vehicles within the resort remain in effect.
Golf Cart Identification
All golf carts must be properly labeled with the name of the sector and the corresponding property number. This measure facilitates their identification and allows for better control or assistance if it becomes necessary.
Employee use of carts
In case a cart is driven by employees, they must have prior authorization issued by Costasur.
It is also reminded that the use of motorcycles by villa employees within the project is not permitted.
Teen Driving Restrictions
Minors and/or young people without a driver's license are not permitted to operate golf carts, vehicles, motorcycles, or four-wheelers within the resort. Additionally, we wish to point out that go-karts are not permitted on the property.
