La Romana. Last Saturday, October 14th, the Plaza de Altos de Chavón was dressed up for a party to celebrate Oktoberfest, an event that has already become a highly anticipated tradition in Casa de Campo. The celebration took place from 7 PM to 12:30 AM and attracted an excited crowd that enjoyed an authentic German experience.

The event featured around 10 craft German beer stations from different brands, with prices ranging from 250 pesos, allowing attendees to taste a wide variety of quality beers. Live music was provided by talented DJs Roland, Stephanie Tiboli, and Joseph Miller, who got audiences of all ages dancing.

Altos de Chavón Plaza was filled with laughter and joy, with people enjoying a wide menu of German delicacies, such as the traditional potato salad «kartoffelsalat,» sausages, and pork sandwiches, among other German culinary delights.

In addition to the excellent food and drink, attendees also had the opportunity to explore promotional product stations from Casa de Campo, the La Romana baseball team, the Toros del Este, and to purchase typical German ceramic beer steins made by artisans from Altos de Chavón.

The event opening was led by the president of Casa de Campo, Andrés Pichardo, and the German Ambassador to the Dominican Republic, Maike Friedrichsen. Both thanked everyone for attending and made a toast that officially marked the start of the celebration.

This edition of Oktoberfest in Altos de Chavón exceeded all expectations and left attendees eager for the next one. Each year, this event is enriched with new features that make the experience even more attractive and authentic for audiences of all ages.
