How to request?
• To request the services on offer, please contact us at coord.program.gcs@costasur.com.do
Cost:
• This service costs RD$121.00 per hour plus taxes.
Conditions:
• The services we offer are available to our owners, residents, and/or legal representatives of the property, construction site managers, and managers of any department or company in this complex, site managers, and/or occasional clients.
• The person who makes the service request must be of legal age.
Approximate delivery time:
• Once the request is received, it will be validated with the applicant and the staff will be assigned to start the service on the agreed date and time.
• Send the request at least one day in advance.
• Specify the duration and schedule of the service.
• Notify in advance if you wish to extend the established time or cancel the service before the agreed date.
• Provide your preferred payment method (charge to the property or cash payment).
• Specify the place where you want the service to be provided.
• Abide by the schedule established in the request.
• Respect the rights of the assigned staff members.
• Report any issues with the service.
• You must notify any service cancellation in advance via email or by calling (809) 523-5183 / 5196 between 7:30am and 7:00pm.
•For emergency calls, we have a closed circuit 911 line at Guardianes Costasur inside Casa de Campo, which can be dialed directly from the home phone extension.
•You can also dial the direct extensions (809) 523-5193 / 5194 / 2144, which are based in our 24-hour monitoring department.
