• The grass is cut every 15 days in the villas.
• To cut down trees on plots approved for construction, the owner must apply for a permit from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry.
• Detection of mosquito breeding sites in the villa and private areas is only carried out externally, and internally if the owner authorizes access.
• Adult mosquito control is carried out in the Casa de Campo’s residential areas from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at night, according to the domestic pest control schedule.
• Rodent control is only carried out in public areas and external areas of the villa sites.
• Vermin control is only carried out in the external areas of the villa sites.
• No people, children and pets should be present in the treated area during the application and re-entry time. Re-entry time will depend on the treatment.
