Times may vary depending on the type of service requested.
• The customer is responsible for the care and use of the equipment.
• The equipment belongs to the provider.
• Technical personnel must be accompanied by the customer or authorized personnel at the time of service receipt.
• Submit the request in writing, by phone call, or in person by authorized personnel.
• Comply with the service contract timeframes established as policies by the provider.
• Fill out the cancellation forms.
• Return equipment in its entirety.
All contracted services are billed to the property's account.
