Costasur provides the resort at large access to first class utilities, including water, electricity, cable and Internet services.

Any problem in the provision of the service will be attended to immediately and electricity experts are available 24/7 to attend to general issues or domestic problems.

Every month, expert electricians measure a home’s electric consumption meter.

Electricians are also available to provide maintenance services such as repair of refrigerators, washing machines, electric water heaters and air conditioners. Please do not hesitate to call customer service to have an electrician review an electric meter’s reading.  All requests will be processed and an expert will be of assistance within 48 hours.

New Phone Lines

Installation of new phone lines include an analog phone.  Additional phones can also be purchased.

  • This Internet service works through the residential or business phone line and requires an 18-month contract.
  • Plans available include 1.0 Mbps or 2.0 Mbps.
  • This service includes a wireless router that will become property of the client.

Internet Service through Phone Line

  • This Internet service works through the residential or business phone line and offers a flexible 1-6 month contract.
  • Plans available include 0 Mbps or 2.0 Mbps.
  • This service does not include a wireless router, but the client can opt to purchase it from Costasur.

Cable Modem Internet Service (18-month contract)

  • This Internet service works through the residential or business fiber optic cable and requires an 18-month contract.
  • Plans available include 10.0 Mbps, 30.0 Mbps and 100.00 Mbps.
  • This service includes a wireless router that should be returned upon termination of the contract.

  • Additional Box Installation:
    • HD Box: Allows for streaming of HD channels.
      • Plans are available for 6 and 12-month periods.

  • Allows for high definition signal streaming.

SmartBox General Information:

  • This box is installed in a single place, and cable and Internet are integrated within the equipment.
  • Wi-Fi signal for the box is able to cover approximately 10 square meters.  To extend the signal, routers can be installed to bounce off or repeat the Wi-Fi signal.
  • The box comes with standard cabling.
  • Internet service is sourced through cable TV.
