With over 300 participants, transformative experiences, and a program that combined luxury, nature, and movement, Casa Wellness 2025 concluded with great success at Casa de Campo Resort & Villas on September 20th and 21st.

Organized by The Spa Casa de Campo\u00ae in collaboration with Equilibra, this pioneering event redefined how wellbeing is conceived: not as an isolated moment, but as a lifestyle connecting body, mind, and spirit within a community.

Two days of unique experiences

<\/strong>Casa Wellness 2025 rolled out its program across three iconic resort venues:

Minitas Beach Club & Restaurant:<\/strong> Sunrise yoga sessions, ice baths, healthy brunch, and seaside sensory experiences.

Casa Caoba in Altos de Chav\u00f3n:<\/strong> A dynamic Power Mat Pilates circuit with live music, social wellness, and vibrant energy to the beat of a DJ.

The Spa Casa de Campo\u00ae:<\/strong> A meditation circuit, hydrotherapy, yin yoga, and sound healing in a 4-star Forbes Travel Guide award-winning setting.

Each space offered participants the opportunity to rediscover well-being from different perspectives: movement, introspection, social connection, and conscious enjoyment.

A purposeful alliance<\/strong>

Casa Wellness is the result of a shared vision between Casa de Campo and Equilibra, the wellness event network co-founded by Isabela Pichardo and Alexandra Hannecart, who aim to transform how the public engages with their physical, mental, and emotional health.
