From the primary aromas of Chardonnay to the distinctive characteristics of each terroir, sommelier Eduardo Garc\u00eda D\u00edaz treated participants to an unforgettable sensory journey, sharing his deep knowledge and passion for these world-renowned wines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The goal of the Wine Tasting Series was to provide guests with an enriching and educational experience, where they could not only taste a carefully curated selection of Burgundy wines but also learn more about their history, their production process, and their unique characteristics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to the guided tastings, attendees had the pleasure of enjoying an exceptional culinary experience, courtesy of the talented chef Rodrigo Men\u00e9ndez, Culinary Director of Casa de Campo.
