Casa de Campo Resort and Villas marked the start of the Christmas season with its emblematic tree lighting ceremony in the Plaza Principal of Altos de Chav\u00f3n on December 2nd. The community gathered to partake in this annual event that has become a highly anticipated tradition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The evening began with a touching depiction of the birth of the Christ Child by the MIR Foundation, highlighting the importance of solidarity and the Christmas spirit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Master of Ceremonies was Gabriella Reginato, a beloved member of the Casa de Campo community, who enthusiastically announced the various Christmas events that will take place on the property in the coming days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As usual, Casa de Campo has prepared a varied program of events for the whole family during the Christmas season. From concerts to magic shows, a Santa's Grotto, sporting events, and workshops, the offering promises to delight residents and visitors alike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The blessing of the activity was led by Father Stanislaus of the Church, adding a spiritual touch to the festive evening. The most anticipated moment arrived with the countdown to turn on the lights, which was presided over by Juan Vel\u00e1zquez, vice president and administrator of Costasur, Charles Keusters, director of operations of Casa de Campo, and Gabriella Reginato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On his part, Keusters thanked the community of owners and guests for their support during 2023. \u201cThis has been a year in which we worked hard and completed important projects such as the finishing of the premier suites, the Premier Club, and the new Spa at Casa de Campo. All these investments are aimed at improving the quality of services and experiences available at our resort,\u201d he assured.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The ceremony was dedicated to the late Mr. Alfonso Paniagua, vice president-administrator of Costasur Casa de Campo, in recognition of his contributions and hard work for over 40 years for the development of the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In that regard, Vel\u00e1zquez took the opportunity to celebrate Mr. Paniagua's life and the legacy he left in all Costasur collaborators. He detailed that his teachings will remain with each of them. He added that they remain very motivated and looking forward to the future with great optimism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The event also featured a moving Christmas concert by the children and adolescent orchestra Fiesta Cl\u00e1sica, a foundation dedicated to music education based in Santo Domingo. The presence of distinguished personalities from the community and other parts of the country added a special touch to the evening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
